How do I cancel?

From your account page, any time. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew.

Can I get a refund?

Membership fees are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We email you before each yearly renewal.

Does a membership include the 1nicorn app?

No. A membership gives reading and download access on 1nicorn.com only - no plan, credits or features in the app.

How do I sign in?

With the email on your membership. We send a one-time code; there is no password to remember.
